Whats do these xml database codes mean?

SO each section between semicolons are database entries and such?

None of those are database code. That is a serialized array, an easy way to transfer and store complex data between applications.

If you are new to xml i suggest you use an xml editor to work with your files, the syntax highlighting and code validation would be of particular benefit.
