is there any way to Downgrade from 3.1.4 to 2.3.6?

No, it is not, unless you have a backup from 2.3.6 that you're willing to use. Any new content from the time of this backup will be lost.

this is the point of Problem i lost my old Backup of 2.3.6!

You are stuck with 3.x then, sorry.

What Martin means is your last backup of your board when it was *running* 2.3.6 , restoring that would restore 2.3.6 but you'd lose any information in between the date of that backup and now.

There is no 'downgrade' even if you had 2.3.6 etc. It is sort of possible via a third party software although there's only one that works, at least as far as I'm aware.
