3.1.4 upgrade to 3.2.3
after upgrade can not view any categories, topic or posts from index page only stats at bottom of page show
can not login to forum
can login to admin cp as admin

have tried recache all, no change
any help or suggestions appreciated

Have you tried rebuilding the master skin data ? Look / Feel > Template Tools > Rebuild Master Skin Data , check all the box's left and right and run the tool, then scroll up and run "recache skin sets"
