This hook will allows you to use the most common settings of MANAGE FORUMS, directly on forum, without the need to access the Admin CP for this.

Notes:

• Only users who can access the Admin CP and aren't restricted on 'Can edit forums?' can use this feature.
  
• A log is created at every forum edit, as already happens on Admin CP.
