I am fairly new to IPB and need to change the top links on the blueberry overlay skin. I want to add top links like you have here. where can I find the place to configure this?

As for the links, what kind of links do you want to add? Something like custom page links, or modules like IP.Gallery, IP.Downloads, etc.?
