When i click on settings for sitemap in IP SEO (v1.5.1) i get the error "No group was passed. Please try again."

This could mean that the setting group don't exists. Verify this by going to ACP > System Settings > IPS Apps, and see if the groups "IP.SEO" and "Sitemap" is present.
If they're not, go to the bottom of the main System Settings page, where you'll find a box for importing settings. In the bottom field enter "applications_addon/ips/ipseo/xml/ipseo_settings.xml", and click "Import". This should re-import the settings for the application, and ensure they are up to date.
