Hello! I have big troubles with spammers so I want to add capatcha in posting reply/topic screen. People should solve capatcha in order to post. I want to do this with MotionCapatcha, but I don't know how. I tried with their "how-to" but it doesn't work. Any ideas?

Hi,

Mostly victim forums have not activated campaign against spammers that IP.board offer builten, like Question answer challenging random questions like 6-4+6= ?, Customized field during registration that ask site name, Captcha. and make all of the registration "EMAIL Then ADMIN Approved". and every person approved by You after reviewing Valid registration.

You don't need any external service to block spammers. IPs modders did this job for you FREE!

Please review this modification, ask question in topic if you have. if you satisfy then Install: Login Captcha 1.1.0

All above detail will definately safe your Database to be making victim of useless content.

Hi!
I have reCapatcha in the registration form and Question and Answer. This helped for almost a year but two months ago they break the protection. I added Stop forum Spam. Thanks for Login Capatcha, I installed it, too.

Btw I'm still interested in adding motioncapatcha.

What do you think that same question from a year not automatically updated in "Bot" applications ? do you know that Bot applications are update every week with more forum links and their questions and answers ?

Consider to change questions and answers in every 4 to 8 days. there is another modification (C32) Stop Spammer Registration 1.3.2

Accourding motioncapatcha, its imposible to add it without custome coding. so basically you need a Developer who build it for you for your IP.Board.

MotionCaptcha is currently in its early years and is just a proof of concept, and thus don't have a way to verify the captcha on the server side making it possible to easily bypass it. According to the roadmap this is planned for v1.0 (currently at 0.2).
