Since the installation guide that comes with IPB is messed up
I will Explain how to install it
1st of all upload all the files to your server using an FTP Client Here's one: SmartFTP
After Uploading your files, with ftp goto root/admin/
Rename the file conf_global.dist.php to conf_global.php
Then with your browser visit the installation url
http://YOURSITE.com/THE ROOT FOLDER/admin/install/
Then start installing your board
Requirements for this Version are:
PHP 5+
MySQL4.1+
IonCube to be installed on your Server (ask your host to install it if its not already installed)
If any of these requirements are not met you will be getting a white blank page
