it dosnt for me, i installed the version from ipb official marketplace, and from iproaracade, it doesnt do the skin edits, and then when it does install you get your url trying to do /arcade/. just a pain in the booty, couldnt get it to work to save the life of me, so i just forgot about it, as sad as that is, same thing with iarcade, no dice

and the skin folders are all 777. so i have no idea, there is something wrong with the install files, basically, it doesnt install template bits
