Crap, its been a while.
My job has changed yet again in the last few months. I still work for Hastings Direct but i now work in the AD payments unit, which deals with existing claims. I have never dealt with such an abusive load of customers since i joined the company. Big tip for those that have an accident, if you want help, dont call me a c*nt!...

Yeah, an update. 
Havent had that much time to myself lately. I got the job in claims i was after and started it a few weeks ago. Been nearly a week? Whoops.
What a week its been though. Started work at 8AM every day and got home about 5PM. 5 days of that, then one day off and back to work again. Yes, this week i am obliged to work on Sunday.
I hate my job.
